Carolin is the best agent in all of Los Angeles to work with!! The Los Angeles market is hard and cold, and extremely competitive but Carolin brought her warmth, positivity, good vibes, relationship management skills, expertise and communication skills to work with me to find me my dream house. She was very proactive in communicating with the listing agent and negotiating better than the best for me. She went above and beyond for the seller to complete the repairs before we closed. She never used flattery with me, just honest opinions about the houses, neighborhoods, pros and cons and expenditure on repairs. She treated me like family and gave me honest guidance. She understands how buying a home is part of the American Dream, and works to make sure you have no regrets what so ever. Even after close and my moving in, she has remained in touch with me and guided me about utilties and many other things a home buyer should know. In the past couple of brokers tried to sell my house fast at any cost so they could get their commission. Carolin is just the opposite and she took her time to walk us through the process to get the best and the safest deal not necessarily the highest and sometimes she called us late at night to keep us up to date of the progress and because of her savviness we got the best deal beyond our wildest imagination. Her knowledge of real estate market is unbelievable and I will highly recommend her to any potential sellers.
