But for some reasons I did not list it with Carole and the house did not get sold in a hot hot hot market in 2022. I was very despondent back then. When I met again with Carole's team for the rental listing in August 2023, I felt great energy from her team and I decided to put it back on the market "for sale". Smith Formosa team is small but very strong. And they work super smart. I am a single Asian woman with a full-time job who was selling remotely but they did ALL the work for me.
