Carol was incredible in my home buying process, she was willing to setup walkthroughs in a timely fashion and always gave objective feedback on all of the properties I sent to her. Even after an offer was accepted, she gave guidance in what was needed for UW review and also step by step instructions of what I would need to complete prior to closing. I wouldn't want to use any other realtor and I can't thank her enough for all of her help she provided me

Carol helped us sell my in-laws' house in less than 30 days, with a full-priced offer! Since they were in their early 90s, it would have been very difficult for them to keep showing the house for a prolonged period of time, so this was especially helpful.
