December 2025. Carol Hunt recently helped my brothers and me sell our family home, a lakefront property in Kenilworth. Carol has something like 45 years experiences as a North Shore realtor. When I first met her, she described herself as a aEURoeconcierge realtor,aEUR? and that turned out to be very true. She took care of all kinds of things, above and beyond what I expected. Communication was excellent. We must have had at least one text or phone call every day from our first meeting to closing. Right off the bat she had the house listed, had a realtor open house, and then a general open house attended by 200 people. Photos and a very professional drone video were posted. We had four or five offers within ten days, and signed an agreement with the best one. After that, it was only three weeks to closing! There were no significant glitches the whole time. If you want a true professional to market your North Shore property, Carol Hunt is an excellent choice.

You can absolutely have your broker reach out to the listing agent. It never hurts to ask. Sales do fall apart from time to time, especially during inspection and attorney review.
