The lot next door was listed with another agent who I would normally hire, but after speaking with him and then them, the choice was easy. They helped me figure out how to check the well, referred a few people to inspect it, and then were very communicative during the entire escrow process. The lot next door was on the market for 4 months and ours closed in less than 30 days. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for professional and responsive agents.
