Mrs. Dawson was an absolute Godsend. I was working with a very short timeline due to getting a job offer and needing to relocate quickly. She came and provided her assessment of my townhome. She explained the process very thoroughly and even discussed a rental option with me. I was unsure of if I wanted to sell or rent. I eventually decided to sell since I was relocating up north. Mrs. Dawson was able to recommend and provide companies to assist with last minute repairs, painting, and carpet cleaning which saved me a great deal of time. I relocated before the home was sold but Mrs. Dawson kept me abreast of everything with daily reports as we moved through the selling process. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to sell my property. Within the 1st 24 hours of the property being listed there were several offers. Mrs. Dawson helped me understand each offer so that I could make the best decision possible. The entire process was seamless and there were no surprises because Mrs. Dawson was so thorough.
