Carmelita was sent straight from heaven to help me sell my home. I met with several realtors before I spoke to her. None of them were willing to help me because the house needed renovations. This included the realtor who originally sold me the home. Carmelita and I met, and I immediately loved her spirit. She was willing to help me sell the home regardless of the condition it was in. I currently live in another state and the selling process was very stressful. Carmelita took over and managed the hired contractors to alleviate stress for me. Throughout the process, she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and that I understood every step. We were even able to close earlier than originally planned. Carmelita is an exceptional realtor, and I highly recommend her to anyone!
