ZillowVERIFIEDCarly was incredible to work with! She never once pressured us during our home buying experience and truly listened to what we were looking for. She sent us listings, met with us at the drop of a hat to go see properties and when we found our dream property, she advised us on the best way to put in an attractive offer and helped us get selected with a competitive bid. She really knows what she's doing and has so many contacts in the industry that she can turn things around quickly and she gets stuff DONE! Great communication via text/phone/in person. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house. Great experience all around! - Colt & Nicole

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Carly was a great experience. We are new to the area and she provided excellent support as we worked through finding the best location for our family. Her knowledge of the entire Kitsap area was very helpful as we weighed a variety of options. She was patient as we visited several homes, and gave good advice regarding the pros and cons of each one. Carly did a great job helping us through the competitive buying process and her experience in writing offers was a significant part of us getting the home we wanted. We highly recommend Carly!

ZillowVERIFIED Carly unfortunately came down with Covid right before we were supposed to meet to go over everything for listing our house. I asked if we should find someone else but she was still enthusiastic and insisted she was up for the job. Even while feeling ill she made herself available to answer questions and offer advice. She works with an amazing team that was able to come meet with us and have Carly on FaceTime while we did a walk through and went over her welcome packet. She is very thorough and I was really impressed with what all she offered for her listings. The staging, pictures and video were high quality and beautiful. I feel her listing price was competitive with similar properties and she explained how it would get the most eyes on our property to get us the best offer possible. We ended up getting a fantastic offer well above asking and since we wanted to leave town sooner than originally thought she was able to get our closing date moved up by over a week. I highly recommend Carly and her team for any of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our first small two bedroom home with Carly in order to purchase a larger home, where we hope to start our family. Carly is a 5-star, A-plus, top notch realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She knows the market very well, and leverages her professional relationships to provide the best service to her clients. She sold our home very quickly, and made our offer stand out in a sellers market to quickly close on a second home. She was patient with our many questions, calls, and texts. Her support staff was wonderful as well. If I could give her more than five stars I would. Selling and buying is an enormously stressful process, but she made it as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly and her team were GREAT!!! I was overseas and my wife was in Washington when we started looking for a house. Carly made sure all of our questions were answered and kept us informed through the entire process. She sent emails to keep me up to date and worked around my schedule while a day ahead in a different time zone. When we decide to buy/sell again we will definitely use Carly and her team as our Real Estate Agent. Carly was our Buyer's Agent and found us the perfect home. The house was larger than we were looking for and well within our budget. The house she found us is perfect and exceeded our requests. Thank you Carly for your great service and help in finding us a home.

She lined up showings super quickly and had great insight for the kind of market each house would see. Can't recommend Carly enough, and despite loving our house, we look forward to working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly and her team exceeded our expectations! She got us an amazing contractor to help us complete a window repair which had kept us from getting the house listed - the marketing was amazing - and she was always available to answer our questions and get us through the process. We've never sold a house before.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly has represented us with both buying and selling our home in Port Orchard. I cannot praise her highly enough. She knew the areas, the ins and outs of the purchasing process, took the time to really understand what we were looking for and made the process extremely easy on both of us. You couldn't ask for a better agent to represent your interests anywhere, but her contact in and around the Kitsap Peninsula make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly is a superb real estate agent. She has all the qualities that helped us find the house that we wanted. Carly always responded promptly when we contacted her to see a house, and she respected the time that we needed to think. She was supportive and efficient. She gave us all the attention that we needed. Last year, we saw two other real estate agents. They were impatient, and did not pay attention to what we really wanted. At the certain point, they tried to push us to make an offer on houses that were not what we wanted. With Carly, we never experienced the situation of having to defend what we thought or justify our criterion. She was always on our side. The search was smooth in that sense. When you feel that the real estate agent understands you, it is easier to find the house that you want. Carly works with you. She is very smart, and I strongly recommend her.
