Ive had the pleasure of knowing Carly for many years and through her social medias watched her realty experience build from the very beginning. Her approach to having authentic conversations made this choice simple for us. Because we dont live in Florida it meant Carly was our eyes on property to help us determine what needs should be met prior to listing. When the few bumps in the road hit, she didnt dance around the information - she was direct and immediate. We listed our property during the holiday season, just moments before Christmas. I sent her a personal message and asked if she could help me. Within the week we went and looked at a bunch of homes and then I fell in love with the house that I seen on facebook. So we put in an offer! She remained so humble and helpful to make this transaction happen. If anything could go wrong it probably did.
