Carlton and Sarah are absolute selfishness heroes. They stepped into an incredibly tough situation when we needed to sell a house that had been sitting vacant for over a year. The property was in rough shapeaEUR"grass 2.5 feet tall, an old above-ground pool and trampoline. Without hesitation, they paid out of their own pockets to have the junk removed and the house professionally cleaned. On top of that, Carlton agreed to take on some extra work for a slightly higher commission to make sure we got top dollar.
