ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't be happier with the job they did for me. My listing expired after a year on the market with a local agent. Carlos was my agent and his team got it sold within a month and a half at a higher price than it was listed for the first time. I would highly recommend their team

ZillowVERIFIED Believe it or not, Carlos and his team sold our house to us originally from the previous owner and now just helped "us" sold it again. What a coincidence, but mostly the caring nature they have for their work drawn us towards them. His entire team at GPH were tentative and thorough about their work. Every questions were tended to within 24hrs, if not the same day. Specific breakdown:1. They hired the right photographer to take our pictures2. The house went live (for sale) on the requested date3. Txt messages and phone calls were answered right away5. All contracts that had minor errors were corrected immediately (ie. names, email)6. Lastly, arrived to closing on timeOverall, Carlos, Elizabeth and Brittany were magnificent. We couldn't ask for a better team to get our property into the right hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Carlos help me purchase my first all investment property out there in Georgia all the way from here in California where I live. He and Esperanza made everything so easy and stayed right by my side when things started to look like they were getting a little rough. He negotiated a great price, he is extremely knowledgeable about investment properties and very responsive, basically answering texts and phone calls at all hours and on the weekends. Also connected me with great people throughout the process! I will definitely be using them again and the rental is going great!

ZillowVERIFIED Carlos was always helpful, timely and provided accurate information and good advice. He made you feel that you were his only customer. He not only sold my house at 43 Waters Edge CT, but found my wife and I a smaller ranch close by which met our downsizing needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I bought our first house with Carlos. It was painstaking as we went and looked at a ton of homes in search of the "right one", and then the ones we liked were all going "under contract" the day of, or next day. Very frustrating. Anyway, Carlos was incredibly patient, and was easily reachable at virtually all times of day. He walked my wife and I through the whole buying process and was very knowledgeable. Even though he was not from our immediate area, he had no issues traveling to my town. Great personality and motivated to help you find your perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Carlos went above and beyond my expectations! I was in need of a bigger home with a little one on the way. I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first because the homes he found for me were above my price range, but, the very first home he showed me and my wife we fell in love with! Even more so when he said he got the price dropped to meet our price range! I've bought homes in the past, and have worked with many different Realtors, but he is by far the best I have had the pleasure to work with and will definitely be working with him for future investments!
