She was consistently attentive, honest, professional, hardworking, eager to serve, and pleasant to be around. We had mutual acceptance on a contract near Keyport where the building inspection revealed structural issues that made us uncomfortable. She promptly helped us unwind out of that contract without arguing or pushing to keep it alive and was a true professional who demonstrated sincere care for us as buyers. On our side everything went smoothly, but my buyers lending agent was so slow getting anything accomplished. The closing date was pushed back several times. I was purchasing a house in another town and was in danger of losing the lock on my loan and potentially the house I had put an offer on. But carli made it happen! Carli was so easy to work with.
