ZillowVERIFIEDCarla and Kevin are a dream to work with. This was our first time selling, and they guided us through what to expect and how to better prepare for different steps in the process, then helped us negotiate for what worked best for us. They have taken great care of us, and our family that have also sold houses with them. Theyre quick to respond and take great care of their clients.
ZillowVERIFIEDCarla was great and very helpful throughout our home search! She was very easy to schedule with and had great knowledge of the housing market as well as helping us along the way of our home finding journey. We highly recommend Carla Bentley.
ZillowVERIFIEDCarla is amazing! Flexible, quick on finding comparable houses, and easy to work with and answer any questions. Found our forever home without a couple weeks. Thank you so much HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my husband and I decided to sell our home, at first we were going to list it ourselves. After discussing it at length with our realtor, Carla Bentley, we decided to let her list. We are so glad we did. The listing and photos she put on the site were very detailed and what I would want to know if I were buying. Within the first hour of making the listing active, we had multiple showings and multiple offers. She advised us to wait through the weekend to take an offer and thankfully the offer amount just kept going up. Carla was able to negotiate and got us way more than we ever thought we would. We are so glad she was there to guide us through this process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is willing to work for you.
ZillowVERIFIEDCarla was amazing!!! Her knowledge of the local market ensured we were able to properly list the property (at a price significantly higher than we anticipated). Even then, we got an above listing offer on the first day.
