ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my dad went into a care center, I contacted Carl based on his background experience. I did this all from AZ and dad's home and lot were in WA. Carl had the house sold in 3 months and the adjoining lot sold in the next 3 months. This was all done in the winter months, which can be difficult at times. Carl was always professional and returned my calls and called me of any new developments. I feel it is very necessary to hire an agent in the area you are buying, as that agent knows the best locals who can assist with any issues that come up, and there will be issues. Carl was truly the best agent that I could have found, in my opinion, and I highly recommend him.
