ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Candice was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Selling our old home and buying a new one at the same time was really overwhelming, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and as stress-free as possible. From pricing and marketing our old home to helping us secure the perfect new one, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and always had our best interests at heart. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered questions quickly, and provided honest guidance that made us feel confident in decisions. We couldnt be happier with our experience and are so grateful. ZillowVERIFIED I got to know Candace through my wife, initially I didnt want to use her because I had other agents recommended by friends, but my wife insisted that we use her. I am happy we did, the experience was pleasant, she was just too patient with us, always available to answer our numerous questions even at late hours, she is very good at what she does. In terms of challenges, I wouldnt say there was much, rather my wife and I had contrary or different opinions in some of the houses we visited, but she handled it professionally and kept telling us not to bother, that when we see "OUR HOUSE",that both of us gonna say "this is the house" and what she said came to pass like a prophesy. I would recommend Candace to anyone that is planning to buy or sell his house, you will never regret working with her, she will introduce you to one of the most thorough loan officer I have ever seen for your Loan Pre-Approval, and even home owner's insurance if you need one, she will work with you from the first step to closing making sure you are happy at all times. Thank you Candace for your good job!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Candice went above and beyond when I was selling my home. She was very detailed, attentive, and understanding when it came to what I wanted while selling my home. I had a list of absolutes and she made sure they were met. She was always responsive and answered any and all questions I had about the process. A few bumps in the road that come with selling a home, but nothing she didnt take head on. Her connections in the industry definitely helped get us a 30 day close and I must say the process was smooth! Would definitely recommend her as a realtor for both buying and selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Candice on our home search was amazing. She promptly answered every question, call, text, and email. More importantly she took her time to educate my husband and I on areas to look out for and be prepared for. She got to know us as a family and used that knowledge to customize recommendations for homes to view that would fit the needs of our family. Considerations such as square feet of homes, school districts for our children, and even space for our beloved Labordoodle were on the top of her list when working with us. We were able to find our home, secure the loan, and have our keys in hand in about 30 days from start to finish. I highly recommend Candice to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, professional, and highly experienced realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Candice for the sale of my mother's house. She responded within a day and came to see the house. At our first contact she told us about herself and about the company she worked for. That same day in her initial inspection of mom's house, she clearly showed us her experience and her knowledge of the housing market on her area and of the nearby areas as well. She shared with us a tentative timeline from start to closing and has been in an open and constant contact with us every step of the way as she had promised to be from the beginning. She gave us some commonsense tips initially for preparing the house for sale and has guided us through all the unexpected developments as they arose. We believe that our successful sale above asking price is fully because of the skills, guidance, and leadership that Candice exhibited on our behalf. We are quite pleased to have Candice as our realtor.
