I am an active-duty service member, and last year was my first experience renting a home through a private realtor. Based on that experience, I would not recommend this option. The property contained outdated appliances and fixtures, and several minor issues eventually developed into significant problems. Communication was often delayed, and there were instances where my privacy did not feel respected, bordering on harassment. As a single female, I was also uncomfortable with the fact that she repeatedly sent different male family members to my home to perform repairs, rather than addressing the issues herself. Even during the final walkthrough, she did not attend and instead sent a male family member in her place. This added to my concerns about professionalism and respect for boundaries. I interacted with Camilla only once throughout the entire rental period. I had been cautioned prior to signing the lease, and in hindsight, I wish I had taken that advice; however, the military does not always provide much time to secure housing. The neighborhood itself was pleasant, and the neighbors were friendly. However, after this experience, I plan to continue renting apartments rather than private homes. While I am sure she may excel as a realtor for homebuyers, I cannot recommend renting a property from her.

Choosing Zoey as my Realtor was the best decision I could have ever made. She was very attentive and understanding every step of the way. Many people have a talent that they use in their profession. As for Zoey, she is gifted. Due to high interest rates, limited finances and a low market in housing, finding a home that I liked and wanted to live in was extremely difficult, but Zoey is a professional. She was attentive to my needs, communicated with me on a regular basis and was "very" patient. It was 9 months before my home was " birthed". This gift of a God met all my expectations and then some. Zoey went above and beyond to help me find my home and I know if it could be done for me in my situation, anyone who uses her services as a realtor will be just as pleased and satisfied as I am.

Camille is someone you want on your side of the negotiating table and would hate to see on the other side. She has a very cheery and pleasant demeanor and is joy to work with. That being said she is no push over, and she advocates fiercely for her clients. My experience with Camille was nothing but top notch from start to finish. We received a full price offer on the second day it was listed and we went under contract that week. Throughout the selling experience she was proactive and worked to prevent any issues before they could form. On the buy side, we ran into a series of issues with the sellers. It was a tricky deal from start to finish especially given that the seller's communication was less than stellar. Camille pushed through and fought to make sure my voice was heard, and she didn't allow the sellers to steamroll us when they attempted to renege on an originally agreed upon term. It was a close call. Camille, being the effective communicator that she is, was able to assert our position in discussions with the seller's agent. Ultimately, she got the most favorable terms possible and got us through some tough spots. Again, Camille is someone you want on your team.

If youre looking for a five-star real estate agent, Bola is your person. She is the consummate agent. My experience with her as my selling agent was the best Ive ever had. Ive bought and sold quite a few properties, so that says a lot. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to details are unmatched. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. The property I sold was not worth a lot, but youd never know that by her. She worked tirelessly marketing the property, contacting investors, negotiating with interested buyers, and keeping me informed and encouraged. I was thinking today about what she made on the sale. It really wasn't much, but that never deterred her from giving me top notch service, and treating it as if it were a million dollar sale. That meant so much to me, and I really appreciated it.
