Craig and Cam are a dream team. They really did a phenomenal job helping us sell our home in Long Beach, CA. Even though we wanted to use a different selling strategy, we decided to listen to the experts, and we are so glad we did. Their strategy has been honed by years of accumulated experience and market knowledge, and it works. On top of that, Craig used to be an inspector, so they have great insights on what to fix and repair before putting your house in the market, which definitely puts you at an advantage. We worked directly with them and Marty, one of their realtors, who is the nicest person you could ever meet and helped navigate the day-to-day of our home selling journey. The process of the actual selling of our house was super quick! They got us multiple offers and the house was under contract in under three days. And they negotiated a great deal on our behalf. Honestly, if you are looking for great realtors in the LA area, Craig and Cam are your team.
