Brian was extremely professional and responsive. He handled contracts and emails very quickly and negotiated with the buyers for the repairs that they requested. He had a whole team of experts that worked from beginning to end to help me sell my unique property and they worked with me throughout the closing process. It was very valuable to me to have so many experts since this was a rental property and not single-family residential.
