Where do I start? By far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. We started this journey a year ago, and he stuck with us and went above and beyond for us to make our dream come true. Over the past year, he kept in touch with us and truly cared about us. We looked at houses from Pollock Pines, CA, to Sonora, and he accompanied us no matter how far we went. He even toured a home for us and FaceTimed us when we couldn't visit in person to see it. His professionalism shone through above everyone else during and after the sale. We consider him a friend and family now. When we found our dream home he guided us on how to make the best offer we could afford, and we got the house. He followed the sale through escrow and made sure everything was in order. He also uses a GREAT escrow company that kept in touch with us and followed the sale of our home so they could close one day apart. He worked nonstop for us, and we can never thank him enough. Callie was amazing to work with she helped my father who is elderly and having health issues through the process of selling a piece of land, he owned for many years and loved. We worked with Eric twice in the last year - the first time we realized we weren't quite ready to buy a house, and the second time we found our dream home. Eric was understanding of the emotions experienced by first time home buyers, and supported us through the process with effective guidance. He went above and beyond at every opportunity and was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. When we found homes we were interested in, he was often able to get us a viewing within 24 hours at any time of the day. He also leveraged his close relationships with his preferred broker and title company to get us into a home quicker than we believed was possible (though we had already had our loan lined up for a different home, it was only 16 days from first viewing to getting the keys).
