Callie Mirsky

Callie obtained her Broker license in 2013 and has been a licensed agent since 2008. As a Transaction Facilitator for a small boutique brokerage in El Dorado Hills, she gained direct and extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction. Starting out working on the back end of various real estate transactions, she proved herself very thorough and efficient in working with agents, lenders, clients and banks all while managing the necessary paperwork. Home buyers can count on Callie to help make purchasing a Traditional, Bank Owned or Short Sale property as easy as possible. Sellers can be assured that Callie will be there for them every step of the way to make home preparation, marketing, negotiating offers and the escrow process as smooth as possible. Callie has great relationships with people in the community including her real estate peers and colleagues. Real estate has changed immensely in the past several years. It used to be considered a fairly easy profession and Callie has learned in what most Realtors are calling a difficult market. That's just the thing, Callie didn't become a Realtor because it was easy, she welcomes the challenge that this new market has to offer and enjoys working hard for her clients. She is also recognized as one of the top 100 realtors in all of California.

Callie has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sac State. Her husband owns a local tree service, Tailored Tree. They do a lot within the community for charity events as a couple. They are active with local dog and horse rescues and have their own rescue family of 3 horses, 3 dogs and 3 cats. They both love their community and it shows!
