We had such a great experience working with Eric! We are first time homebuyers and honestly had very little knowledge at first about how everything worked or what we needed to do. Eric was so great at explaining everything and making sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. It took us almost two years to find the right house, and we dragged him all over different counties looking at homes. He was always patient with us and never made us feel rushed. He was especially amazing during closing week! He stayed on top of everything, made sure things were getting done, and kept us updated multiple times a day. Anytime we had a question, he was always quick to answer our texts or calls. He made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier, and were so thankful for all the time and effort he put into helping us find our home. Horrible experience. Eric did not follow up when he said he would, and most importantly he rescheduled my appointment that was scheduled for Sunday (today). When asked about why the reschedule, he mentioned i did not complete a broker's agreement ppw... which i never received. This guy was communicating with me since Tuesday and could have mentioned many many times. Yet to text me we are rescheduling, instead of oh hey by the way, i need you to complete this document before we meet at the property seems about right? no? Nine years of experience?? hmm.. no comment. Have a blessed day.

We have used Callie on at least four transactions in the Sacramento area over the past 4 yrs and she has done an outstanding job for us. She was very professional throughout the process. She is a great communicator which is very important to us especially since we had a bad experience with our previous realtor. Callie even checked in regularly when she was on vacation for a week. She was willing to accommodate a few special circumstances for us as well which was very helpful. She also has a great team that assists her. It's always great to find a really good realtor or contractor you can fully trust and feel very comfortable with. We will definitely continue to use her for any future real estate needs.
