Our initial conversation with Caleb was pleasant and we immediately connected with his warm, southern energy. Most of our conversation/transactions for the purchase of our home in SC was done long distance--we in California, Caleb in SC. Caleb was most professional, responsive, and he clearly answered all of our questions. Furthermore, we asked Caleb to view several properties and provide feedback to us (I could still hear Caleb's response after each request, "Yes Mam". Loved it!).
