ZillowVERIFIEDI recently bought a home in Griffin GA, completely sight unseen. Chuck Nobles helped with the negotiation of what I felt was a fair price to pay for the home. He stayed in contact and gave me updates of the process in the transaction as well as the work that needed done to the house prior to moving there. Less than a year later I am deciding to leave GA due unforseen medical conditions and once again am going to use Chuck to sell the home for me. I appreciate his hard work and willingness to keep his customers informed. I wouldnt hesitate to use Chuck and would highly recommend him if youre considering selling or buying a home in GA.

Yes indeed you should have the house inspected for the sole purpose of having identified that you are not aware behind the walls, under the house or on the roof for example. The naked eye does not always see the problems when you are not trained
