True story: Bryne called me out of the blue and I was actually interested in speaking with him about selling my home. Normally, I just mess with the callers of unsolicited phone calls to my cell phone. But there was a sincere quality that Bryne had, so I save his number. I had spoke with him several more times before I actually asked him to be my realtor. I was fortunate to have Bryne on my team. He helped me out tremendously. The house that he helped me sell, which was a rental property, was in complete disarray after the tenant moved out and didnt care about getting the security deposit back. The entire house was littered with clothes, furniture, stains, dog smells, it was bad. However, after I employed Bryne and his team, it was no longer an issue. The next problem I had with selling my house, was WDO or wood rot issues. Well thanks again to Bryne, he happened to know a contractor that was available to rectify those problems as well. Then it was a water heater that had to get replaced and so on...It seemed that the closing date would never happen for me. But, It did because I am writing this review because Bryne helped me out so much and I would recommend that he help you also.
