I was referred to Bryan by one of his long term clients, his client knew my personality and felt like Bryan and I would be a good fit, he wasnt wrong. From the first text/phone call Bryan listened to what I was looking for, my timeframe and that I wasnt going to settle or overpay. Bryan and I searched for several months with no luck, took a several month break, and then started the search again. After viewing countless houses and writing up several contracts we finally found the perfect house. The house needed some love, however, Bryan talked me through all the potential the house had to offer. Bryans knowledge of the business and skilled way of dealing with this challenging real estate market landed me in the perfect house at a fair price and was even able to get some cash at closing to make some exterior repairs - that is unheard of! Bryan has reached out several times since closing to check in on repairs and progress, hes even offered contractor recommendations. I would highly recommend Bryan, he truly cares about his clients and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable with such a huge investment.

I just recently closed on my second home bought through Bryan Turner. Now there's a reason you return to a guy like this. The first home I bought was in 2013, my second in 2022 and he was as professional as can be. With 30+ years of experience, he is exactly who you want representing you in a home buying process. With as difficult as it is now to buy a home, you need that guy who's been doing this for years and knows all the ins and outs of the process. A good way to compare is with attorneys. Would you hire a brand new attorney for something that was important to you? No. You want the guy who has been around the block and knows how to get the job done. That is Bryan Turner. As if he couldn't get any better, Bryan has followed up with me even after closing, and assisted with issues that came with moving into the home. On his own time, he came out to assist me with an issue I was having with getting the water on, due to a busted Well tank. Bryan provided me with all resources needed to get someone out immediately for a fix, and even followed up with contacting my warrenty company to get me paid for the issue. I really can't say enough about the guy. Real estate is his life. This is who you want representing you. Thanks a million, Bryan.

Bryan is an absolute GENIUS! He works hard, and wants what YOU want, and is far from pushing you into anything he thinks isn't good (the house before the one I just closed on, he actually told me that I could do better, and warned me several times, but I promised my son . . . ). Bryan has helped me on three occasions now (there would have been a fourth, but there was another party involved), and I would not EVER hesitate to recommend him or use him again for another sell, purchase. One's home is a big part of your life, and I trust him to find the best for me and my family (My step-daughter also used Bryan to purchase her first home - another winner!)This most recent closing I wasn't sure I was going to be at the top of the seller's list, but Bryan went past the extra mile and went to bat for me in calling the seller's agent, (as well as having my mortgage lender call her, too). His customer service and caring is how I closed on my new home this week . . . hopefully, the last one! If not, I know who to call to have my back and my best interests the first on his list. And the best thing, he treats EVERYONE well, like they were HIS family.The purchase took about 23 days from beginning to end, and was the easiest transaction and closing I ever had, and this is NOT my first rodeo.Bryan is a fantastic person, as well as a real estate agent. He does his hardest and best to get what YOU want . . . and he'll give you excellent advice along the way, plus he has excellent partners that will see you through and make your life SO MUCH easier during an extremely difficult time of buying/selling a home.

Bryan is simply incredible! He is responsive, professional, experienced, and will not push you into a home that doesn't fit all your criteria. I have used him for my personal home as well as investment properties, and he possesses construction and real estate skills that are invaluable and uncommon compared to other realtors I have used in the past.
