ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I highly recommend Bryan to take as a partner when looking for anything real estate. We moved from Texas and Bryan did an amazing job educating us on the right areas to focus based on our wants & needs. He was extremely patient and accommodating during our search process and we ended up buying an incredible home that checked all our boxes. We have Bryan to thank for that!!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe came into the home buying process with a lot of questions. Bryan was very patient and thorough to explain the different aspects of the home buying experience. When we were looking for a realtor we wanted someone who knew the area, was open with us regarding the feedback of a house and was good at negotiations. There were a couple of instances where a house was on the market for only a few days and you have to be ready to make a move or pass. Bryan was available for regular calls and in case he was out of town, made sure someone in his team was available. He also worked very well with our lenders to make sure the process was smooth. Bryan made sure the decision came from us while giving us his input and insights. He also had chats with the sellers team and understood their needs to make sure our offer was competitive and attractive. We are thankful to Bryan for helping us find the right home and for steering us in the right direction throughout the whole process. We consider it a blessing that we got a realtor like Bryan.

ZillowVERIFIEDBryan was more than helpful in finding us a lovely single family home in Cumming. He is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Bryan is absolutely wonderful to work with. It?s like having a friend on the ?inside? that is working for you. He really care about his/hers clients as well as the community and neighborhood he/she live in. Thank you so much Bryan!!
