From start to finish I was never in the dark and Bryan was able to press on the builder on things I wouldn't have even thought of. He also was able to help with escalating issues with the builder and their finance team due to his connections which helped with securing a better rate and terms for my financing. His team was great with follow up and answering my questions as well as coordinating. He was also able to help out with leasing my home, getting some renovations in it, and supporting the procurement of a property management company so I don't have to deal with the property or tenants. Prior to signing the listing agreement, he took the time to meet with us in our home, gain an understanding of what would be most important to us during the transaction, toured our home and provided feedback on how it could be presented and then provided a helpful aEURoenet sheetaEUR? with different price point scenarios. Throughout the process, Bryan listened to our questions/concerns and was mindful, proactive and nimble as he guided us through negotiation and helped us navigate which gives/asks were fair and reasonable. In our specific transaction, we got a contract (before even hitting the market) on our home with minimal disruption to our daily routine. After we had a ratified contract, TVRGs transaction coordinator, Sally, was diligent in her follow-up helping keep track of the many details associated with estimates, contractor work, HOA inspection, etc. She was sweating the small stuff so we didnt have to...! She was also our advocate when coordinating/scheduling contractors and even researched a way to complete a task in the most economical and efficient way possible. We had experience purchasing homes in previous years with 2 different real estate agents/friends. We can honestly say that working with Bryan and his team was eye-opening to the support and expertise we had been missing out on during those 2 transactions. If we decide to move again, Bryan will be one of the first calls we make.
