I have been selling Real Estate since 1986. I started with Mac Pherson's Real Estate in the U-District of Seattle and never looked back. It is my calling and I love it.

As you can see by the past sales, we know the area and the neighbors. We also know most of the properties in the area, since most of them have been for sale in the past. We know where the water is good, the noise is low and where the seafood it. Sometimes we even know the property better than the current owner does. Most of our sales in 2014 were not even offered on the MLS and not evident on Zillow.

Our Great Grandfather James Munn, was one of the first settlers in the South Jefferson County area, arriving in Leland (N of Quil) in 1888. Here we are, still living at Lake Leland.

If you really want to find the right home site or home in Quil, you need to call us. No one knows the South Jefferson County area like the Munn Bro's.

I started my career in real estate in 1995 working for Johnston Realty, then moving on to Windermere in Quilcene - which gives me over 20 year of local experience. Jim and I jumped into business for ourselves as Munn Bro's Hood Canal Real Estate in 2010.

My particular area of expertise is working with raw land and development, including managing septic design and installations, and performing inspections for home construction.

I am also a notary and therefore able to help out with any paperwork, which may be needed during the process of construction.

When I'm not at work you may often find me boating and enjoying the Pacific Northwest outdoors.
