Jim went above and beyond to help us find the right property. We had been working in other counties with other realtors and the experience with Jim was completely different. His knowledge of the area and the people(It seems like he knows everyone) along with his patience in working with us made us happy we found him.

I am a certified general appraiser and Jim helped me understand the complexities surrounding three sales which could be used as either a homestead or timber site. He broke down the details of each transaction, why it sold at the price it did and the complexities around each sale (setbacks, location to State lands, topography, recent timber harvest, etc.). He knew the area where each of the sales were located (Brinnon and Quilcene) and is very knowledgeable about the different scenarios that can arise in rural land transactions that can affect development.
