ZillowVERIFIED Within one hour of requesting information online for the property we were interested in, Bruce contacted me via telephone on a Sunday. Bruce put me in contact with a mortgage lender for pre-approval in the same day. The following day, Bruce showed us the property and on Wednesday assisted us in drawing up an offer. The offer was accepted and we now own our new property. Throughout the process, Bruce was very helpful and was prompt with answering text messages and emails. ZillowVERIFIED Bruce has a substantial familiarity with local markets both in depth and breadth- especially with the more rural areas such as in Giles and Floyd counties. He has a strong working knowledge of land which is something that is key to get an appropriate agreement. Land values vary radically and appropriate land use can be tricky to assess just looking at a listing. Bruce is comfortable working with a wide range of shoppers- bargain hunters, first time buyers, people very narrow criteria, and people who have no idea what they are looking for but will know it when they see it. Between my own experience and those of friends, I got to observe him with all sorts of clients. Bruce is highly responsive and focused and will persevere until everyone is satisfied that you got the right property for the right price.

He has constructed and renovated homes in his past employment so he can offer general knowledge of a homes assets and liabilities. He has a lot of networking connections that help with quick services. He answers calls almost immediately and gets a quick answer. He has advanced degrees so his work is very professional and he represents his company well. Also, he is a blessing as a go-between when you have to deal with a buyers real estate agent who is untrustworthy with confidential information, unprofessional, overbearing monster. He definitely earned his commission on our last home sale. I would highly recommend him.
