Having moved in the last 7 years from New Jersey, to California, then to Ohio and finally landing in Virginia, I can say I have experience with working with realtors. Kristina along with Bruce were absolutely awesome in helping us find our home quickly, with no hassles at all. Kristina was so attentive to all of our questions and helped us close quickly, by aligning all of the inspections, and also being present at each one, since we were doing this all from Ohio. This was by far the smoothest home purchase to date, and I owe it all to Kristina, because purchasing a home is stressful, and Kristina made this a truly enjoyable experience!

ZillowVERIFIED In my experiences with this guy, i would honestly say that he was about as disingenuous as they come. He was concerned about one thing and that was his commission. He insisted upon me accepting the first counter offer from a seller and did this whole song and dance about how the guy was old and that I was trying to take advantage. He didn't mention any of the obvious multiple major issues with the property to someone that knows the industry, and he claimed extensive construction knowledge due to previous forms of employment. He'd say don't worry about the floors, or the mold in the bathroom is just surface stuff. Not once throughout the process did Bruce suggest a property to me or actually try to help me out. Every time I told him about something that I'd need fixed he'd complain about it and say it was minor and that I was going to mess the deal up. He may seem polished and capable, after all he is a smooth talker, but don't let that shine blind you.. I strongly suggest full distrust of this man. In my experience, he was as much of a facade as I have ever seen and seemed to be one whom is motivated by one and only one thing, his commission, and if that coincides with your best interest then I'd imagine it to be sheer coincidence, or essential to his success. I hope this helps someone. There must be honest realtors out there. Good luck.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce is a rarity....a real pro with an amazing heart. after losing my husband in 2012, he tried to sell my extra large home but the buyers were few and the offers were sub-par. I stayed in the home, then out of the blue 2 years later in a better market, he called. A client was ready to buy in my neighborhood, but didn't like the available housing stock. Was I ready to show it? Yes I was, and the house was sold in a couple of months. The day we were closing, the disposal went bonkers. He paid to have it fixed and we closed. How easy was that? Not easy, but Bruce made it happen. And he worked exceptionally well with another realtor. I recommend him highly. He also helped me sell a few vacant lots I owned.
