We lost our young son unexpectedly and had to make an emotional decision to move to a new area and home. My family and I are so thankful God sent us Brooke. She was so knowledgeable about the home buying process! After getting an idea of what we were looking for and showing us the homes we picked out to see, we were very disappointed as they did not look as great in person vs the pictures. Thankfully she was able to get an idea of what we wanted from our comments, so we were so excited when she started picking homes to show us! They were absolutely perfect, and she helped us find THE ONE. We became very emotional throughout the home buying process due to my son's death and Brooke was not uncomfortable as I sobbed and argued with my husband, nor did she shy away from my grief. She was able to comfort us and calm whatever storm we threw at her and she was able to make my husband laugh (usually impossible to make him smile) and he felt very comfortable speaking with her which he does not usually trust salespeople. She was our rock during what was the most emotional move ever. She is amazing and her energy and humor are an added bonus to her intelligence and how well she advocates for her clients. Brooke is not only our Realtor, but she is also now part of our family. Thank you, Brooke!

When I first met with Brooke, my then husband and I were getting ready to separate. During the meeting it was apparent why we were separating as unfortunately my ex husband was attempting to rope Brooke in the middle of our failing relationship rather than the sake of our home. He was very demanding and insufferable. He insisted Brooke come over immediately to look at our house, even through inclement weather. Brooke came to view the home. She was professional, kept her composure, and was able to navigate the meeting, even through the demeaning comments, hostility, and insults towards me. He decided to stay in the home and I moved out. Fast forward a few years and due to some bad financial choices, ex was forced to sell the marital home. This was an extremely difficult situation due to his hostile behavior towards me and wanted everything to be aEURoehis way.aEUR? Brooke had the ability to reason with him, talk him down, be a neutral party, and worked to get ex to cooperate with the court order. To say this least, this was no easy task. I'm thankful for Brookes help to navigate the tricky and difficult circumstances I was in. We were able to get the maximum price for our home rather than having to drop the price and lose equity due to the divorce.

Brooke really pushed herself on us and wanted to help us find a home. When we locked in with her, there was always an issue with meeting up with her. Either she was unavailable after 4pm or not available on the weekends. My first home purchase was a complete disaster, and she left me hanging multiple times on any update, but would contact only my boyfriend who was not going to be buying the home. In fact, she advised me to not put him on the mortgage or deed because aEURoenothing lasts foreveraEUR?. Upon final inspection of the home, she did not do anything to help when the house was left in complete disarray and just overwhelming dirty, and lied and said it was clean. (I was unable to attend due to work, and I trusted her judgement which I should have not.) When the house finally closed a month later than expected, she did not say thank you, no card, nothing. She completely vanished. She was in it only for the commission, and just wanted the house to close with no care about the home we were left with and all the problems left unresolved.
