Review My experience with Britney was not great, I spoke to her assistant Amanda a lot who is good. But Britney was supposed to get me information on two houses she kept saying that she couldn't or at least that's what I kept getting told by the assistance since Brittany never reached out to me. But both of those houses that she for some reason couldn't get information on or look at I called another realtor and within an hour I had everything I had asked for when I waited over a week with Britney and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend her if you're in a hurry and want to get a place before somebody else besides to put an offer on it.

Review Brittany was super helpful throughout our process of purchasing a home. She is very knowledgeable about the VA Loan which we ended up using and the areas of the homes that we toured. We were on a time crunch to get out of our rental property within the month and Brittany and Cassie were quick to put in and offer on the home we chose and we had the documents all signed, negotiate the contract after the initial inspection and they were able to get the Seller to provide us with a new roof and closed on the home within a month and we made it out of our rental with time to spare! Mind you Brittany was in the hospital preparing for her beautiful baby girl and still made time to answer our questions and make sure everyone was comfortable with the terms of the contract. 100/100 recommend her and her team! We will most definitely reach out to her if we need assistance with other endeavors and recommend her to anyone in the market.

Review We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brittany Lewis at 1st Class Real Estate-Elevate. As first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the home buying process she was so patient and helpful. She was so quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Stationed across the country we werent able to see any houses in person but Brittany was always willing to show us any house we were interested in and would send videos of the surrounding areas so we could get a better idea of the location. She goes above and beyond for her clients! We are so fortunate to have been able to work with her. If we ever sell or buy again she would be the first person I would call.

She is licensed in both Georgia and Florida and took the time to show us homes in both states so we could decide which was the better fit for our family. Review As a military family, we are disappointed in our experience with Kimberly Foster. We had high expectations for a realtor and put all of our trust into her, only to find that she was not thorough and did not share IMPORTANT details about the house we were purchasing. She insisted that we put in a top offer for a house that was clearly not worth the cost. It seemed as though she was working for the seller, who was also a realtor, rather than for us.

Review I sold my house and bought a house with this agent. She informed me to use a lender that would give me 1% back at closing, but I ended up not getting that at closing from the lender, so that wasnt very clear from the beginning as to the specific of that qualification. We communicated via text and at times, information was not communicated clearly and I had to ask for frequent clarifications. We had miscommunications which she did not resolve to my satisfaction and became unpleasant to work with towards the end. I would not recommend her to anyone.
