ZillowVERIFIEDBritney kept me informed during the whole process of selling my house and she got back to me quickly any time I had a question. She was also very knowledgable about her business. For great service in buying or selling a house, I highly recommend Britney.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom start to finish, Britney was exceptional! Friendly and knowledgeable, she was always available to answer questions or concerns. She went above and beyond what we expected out of a real estate agent! We valued her open and honest personality in buying our first home in Georgia and look forward to working with her again!
ZillowVERIFIEDOur dealings with Britney was the best home buying experience I have encountered in my life. Her level of knowledge regarding the local area, attention to detail in every step of the process was nothing short of spectacular. Britney's tireless dedication to facilitate the sale while we were moving from another state was truly comforting. She promptly answered all phone calls, texts and emails. Her infectious personality in addition to her unparalleled professionalism made this purchase the buying experience that every client craves.
ZillowVERIFIEDBritney is the perfect agent! Within 15 minutes of meeting her, we felt we had known her forever! She has the sweetest personality and is such a joy to work with. My husband and I enjoyed learning about the local people and businesses while we searched for our dream cabin. We live 5 hours away and Britney made the purchasing and closing go so smoothly. She knows everybody and was such a help in lining up and coordinating the workforce that we needed to get our cabin move-in ready. We truly loved working with Britney!
ZillowVERIFIEDBritney treats each potential home owner like family. She is a great person never condescending. Has a positive attitude and will alwaysgo that extra mile for her clients. She went way over and above board many times to help us find our new home. She is also highlyknowledgeable and is still helping us even after the sale has been finalized. (Noone does that do they?) Yes they do. Britney does. She is a professional. I would recommend her to everyone.Erik
ZillowVERIFIEDI must say Britney is by far the best agent I ever dealt with, I was from out of state and she right from the start treated my wife and I as if we knew each other for ever. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the market Britney took the time to call me and answer all my questions and even helped after the sale in finding contractors, telephone numbers and contacts for me. Britney is more then a agent she is a professional and now a friend.George Ferrell
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently sold a home that we had listed with Britney Brown. She was a wonderful help getting this property closed. Not only is she full of energy and ideas, she is also thorough with the follow up of communication and details. If you are in the process of selling your home, I am sure that you will also benefit from her attention to detail and her commitment to getting the sale closed. Mark and Patti Clayton, Georgia
ZillowVERIFIEDBritney Brown was the most dedicated realtor I have ever worked with and I have purchased over 30 homes during my life time. My purchase was extended for multiple reasons and required constant attention from Britney as I lived in Florida and buying in Georgia. She was consistently available and did a lot of leg work for me over and above the call of duty. And this was all done on a split fee basis. Her response time was immediate and I do have to say she really knows this area being a native of Georgia. She helped get clarification on many pertinent questions I had regarding the property and when I requested to see some additional properties, she never attempted to stir me to this one property but worked hard to make sure that I made the right decision. Subsequently, I bought the home I wanted and thanks to Britney the close went without one hitch.I would highly recommend Britney to any prospective buyer and stand ready to talk with anyone in that regard.Respectfully submitted,Dale S. ZillowVERIFIEDI personally and highly recommend Britney Brown as a Real Estate agent. She worked with my wife and me for an approx. two months. Britney, had to have be thinking how finicky we were, but no, not her. She kept right on giving her 110%. Britney really did go above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent to satisfy us for a home that we would be happy in. If in need, I would request her again and again......Rick M.
