ZillowVERIFIED Britany was very responsive and professional throughout the house buying process. She was insightful about the houses as her knowledge of the houses of Evanston is extensive. She was available to answer any questions I had gave great advise when asked, but also let me make my own decisions no pressure to buy or pick a certain house the first one I selected did not work out but she kept looking and giving suggestions. I finally found one in my budget and that I liked. I would definantly recommend her to someone looking for a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Britany Erickson with Coldwell Banker was great to work with. kept us informed on the sale of our house. Would recommend her to others. Very responsive when we would text or call with our questions. Very knowledgeable concerning the sale of a home. We were new to selling a house and she knew all the steps we needed to take to get the property sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Britany was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly. She got us into our new house and sold our old one in less than a month. She helped us out every step of the way, and even let us use her moving truck for free! I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Britany was an awesome landlord. She was super quick to get us in, was very reasonable with rental pricing, and corrected any typical rental issues that came up immediately. She had our house painted while we were there to spruce up the curb appeal and help keep the place looking fresh. I have had slumlords in the past, and Britany certainly was not one of them! She also let us use the payment method that worked best for us (Im young and refuse to have a checkbook) which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend for a landlord!!

ZillowVERIFIED Worst experience ever! Do not use Britany for your buying (or selling). She was always distracted when we were with her. Always texting someone or another, even during our closing. She doesnt know what she should be looking for and sold us a home where we couldnt accomplish our goals because she didnt tell us about the CC&Rs on the property. We definitely felt like a number and nothing more. Save yourself and avoid her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sometimes they say in life it isnt only want you know but WHO you know that makes the difference. That is certainly true in Real Estate. Who you choose as your Realtor is likely the most important decision you must make once youve decided to buy or sell your home or property. You want a Realtor with vast knowledge of the local market, one who is skillful & experienced in negotiating as well as one that can be easily reached when you have questions or concerns. We got all this and more when we chose Britany Erickson owner and broker of Preferred Realty. From listing to closing, Britany was with us every step of the way & often several steps ahead in the process so as to make the entire transaction as stress -free as possible. Her professionalism & code of ethics are second to none. When we buy or sell in the future, we will contact Britany first thing. We recommend you call her for your real estate needs. You will be glad you did. Victor & Roxanne Steier

ZillowVERIFIED My mortgage guy was really awful. He had terrible communication skills and was downright rude on multiple occasions. We had to extend the closing date three times! When Britany found out what was going on, she stepped in and made it so we were finally able to close. Our first night in our new home, we descovered a leak from the tub drain that was running down the cabinets and pooling on our kitchen counters. Britney stepped in and got us a plumber and sent the inspector over right away to fix it and it was no cost to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Britany helped us when we were in tight spot to sell our home because of job relocation. She worked so quickly and we had multiple showings the first day we met her, and she had buyers under contract for us the next day. She knows how to do her job well, and she is an amazing realtor! I can?t recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Britany has a great deal of experience and expertise in the Evanston area. She excels in keeping up with communicating with clients. I appreciated Britany informing us on the status of a conversation with another person involved in the transaction. We would have liked to have seen more follow-through on the process and progress of the buyers loan status though. Britany represented both the buyer and seller in our transaction so we cant testify to her expertise in the area of negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Britany through Zillow on a Saturday evening. She called me immediately and spent about half an hour answering questions, following up on emails etc. We are still debating what to do, but there is no doubt if we pursue SW Wyoming, we will work with her. If everyone was like Britany, the world would be a better place:)

ZillowVERIFIED Britany sold my house in Bear River. Every challenge that could come up did. She handled them all. Usually already having made calls and putting checking out options for solutions before even calling to tell me there was an issue. She is an ace negotiator and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased 6 properties over the last four decades, in three different Western States. At no time did I work with a better agent than Britany. She is EXTREMELY well connected, professional, responsive and a joy to work with. Given the very limited inventory of houses on the market, Britany has non-the-less found the right house for us even though it was not exactly on the market. And she has found a way for us to buy it, last week. She is very, very good.

ZillowVERIFIED 425 12th Street Evanston WY! Selling a home in December, my husband and I were very nervous to sell at this time of year. We had chosen Britany to be our realtor due to a excellent past experience with Coldwell Realty. Our confidence in Britany, it paid off for us. The quickest sell of a home for my family. Less than 10 days! She knew we needed to sell quickly! We knew the house would sell itself, but it needed the right buyer. She found the right buyer. She got the job done. We appreciate everything that Britany did for us! We felt her knowledge and experience made this sell smooth for everyone involved. Thank you! Britany! Mark and Nikki McCulley Carlsbad NM

ZillowVERIFIED Britany is honest and very knowledgeable about anything to do with real estste. I would highly recommend this young lady as well as her whole staff. Her knowledge about Evanston and Uinta County is impressive. She is up to date about all flood areas. She is up to date with all listings of other realtors and knows what has sold and new listings. She is always involved in home tours which keeps her up to date. She has kept us involved on available land for building for over a year. She still knows our likes and dislikes and keeps us informed of anything that might interest us. Her good business ethics and feelings for buyers and sellers is evident in how she keeps them informed of appointments and cancellations. She has always kept her appointments or called if cancellation was necessary. I would not use any other real estate firm.
