We had been looking for a home on Lake Whatcom for about 5 years, mostly watching for listings on our own. We went to see one of Briddick's listings in May, had a very good discussion about what we were looking for, and were impressed with his knowledge of the area. He put us into his system and started floating new listings to us, but he never bothered us with follow up calls. He only called us once in the next four months to point out a home that seemed to be a particularly good fit and was just listing that morning. During the viewing and negotiation process he was on it, turning every request around immediately to make things go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I've been in high end sales for 35+ years and appreciate a pro when I meet one. Briddick is a true pro.
