ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Sarah to sell a large home and downsize to a condo, and I can say she is everything you want jn a real estate agent. She's knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. She takes the time to listen to your needs. For example, I was looking for a condo in the mid $200s. And even though I could technically afford more, Sarah didn't attempt to try to upsell me into more home than I needed or wanted. We found the home I wanted right away. Within two days, I was under contract, and she had inspections scheduled and executed two days later. Sarah always responded to my texts and calls within two hours, regardless of if it was early in the morning or late in the evening. She explained each step of the process of both buying and selling to me in plain, no-nonsense terms. For example, we did a walkthrough of the house I was selling and she used her experience to point out what needed updating (bathroom mirrors) and what didn't (kitchen paint). She hired a top-notch photographer to show my home at its best, and my home for sale was under contract within a week of listing. Sarah is the consummate professional. I highly recommend her.
