ZillowVERIFIED Brian was nice to speak to and was professional, but there were things that we did not like during the selling process. Communication was the biggest issue we had. Majority of the time I was texting/calling him for answers. I had to reach out and deal with the title company for any questions/concerns either I had or the title company had. He wasn't as involved as I believe he should have been. We've sold a home before this one and barely had to deal with anything because our realtor took care of it all. Another issue that complicated matters was during our initial meeting we told him that my husband was being deployed to a foreign country and that he would be unreachable. But, later the POA became an issue and he said if he knew my husband would be unreachable he would've taken care of everything he needed for closing before my husband left. This frustrated us because, well, we told him. What also bothered us was we had a scheduled time for closing and he was unreachable. Closing day is obviously important and I couldn't get any clarifications on the questions I had until he called me way after I left the title companies office. There were a couple other things that happened but, I noted the main things that frustrated us.He does have great reviews, but based on our experience we did not get the service we were expecting.
