Oxana was awesome to work with. This was our first time ever looking at houses, and she made it seem easy! First of all she is very proactive on your behalf. She sticks to your preferences, wants and needs and researched options for us. Even when we were tired, she kept looking. She is very knowledgeable of all the trends and pitfalls in homes. When it came time to negotiate prices with the seller, she fought and got us a very good deal.
