I moved into my new house 3 months ago and I could not be happier with my experience with Brian! Brian's approach is unique: he considers his clients needs based on the quality of living being sought. He helps his client find homes that provide that outcome, rather than merely looking for a home using a number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage you think you need. He applies a qualitative approach: listened to what I did and didn't like about home, and especially hearing about homes I thought I thought I'd like based on the listing, but ended up disliking in person. As a result of Brian's approach, my friends and I found homes we LOVE to pieces because we fell in love with the potential they have to meet our lifestyles. You will not find an agent who tirelessly does more to support his clients than Brian. He is extremely modest, but if you look closely between the lines, you will get a glimpse to understand just how much he is does for his clients on the housing search, offers, and negotiation. Most of all, I appreciated that Brian never told me something just because I wanted to hear it, and as a first-time home-buyer, I was extremely nervous I would buy a home I didn't love. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were in the search for a realtor to buy our first home. We sent out emails with some interview questions to four realtors. Brian was one of the first to respond and gave the most detailed answers. After talking with him we could really tell that he cared about his clients and was very knowledgeable about the Seattle market. Brian, spent seven hours with us the first weekend we went out looking for houses showing us a variety of things so that he had a good understanding of what we wanted. The following weekend he gave some suggestions on houses we might want to tour as well as taking our input as to what we wanted to see. We never felt pressure from Brian to choose any particular house and he wanted to make sure we were making the choice that was right for us. When we finally decided on moving forward with our first offer Brian helped us make a strong offer with his knowledge of the process as well as a lot of insight into the area we were purchasing in. He also had recommendations for home inspectors and other involved parties but again never pressured us to use them. Because we had such a strong offer and Brian's good communication with the seller's realtor our offer was accepted and we got our house! Overall our experience with Brian was very positive. It was a very smooth and quick process and went much better than we had anticipated. We went into this search nervous and a bit intimidated but Brian helped educate us and made us feel much more at ease with the whole process. If we are in the market for another house we will definitely be using Brian again.

I had been working on a project in LA and I only had 36 hours in Seattle to find my perfect place. He arrived fully prepared with numerous properties lined up knowing that I did not have time to mess around... he also had a slight limp. We spent the whole day looking at places that he had carefully narrowed down to meet my specifications. Knowing that I would not have time to fly back up to Seattle, he went above and beyond to prepare impromptu showings the following morning before my flight. In 34 hours I found my perfect first property with two hours to spare. I would later find out that he had been walking on a broken foot for the past two days to ensure that found a place within the time constraints that I had... now that is dedication! Not only was he knowledgeable about every neighborhood we went to, he was able to key into the type of property we were really looking for. On top of that, he was beyond patient and so pleasant to be around.
