We worked with Brian for a couple of months while we were looking for a home. Unfortunately, there was a very specific area that we were looking to be in, and there just wasnt anything that met our specific need on the market at that time. We chose to rent instead and delay our search to purchase a home. Brian was very helpful though and very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in. The only downside was that he was not very active in giving us recommendations. Instead, he supplied the resources and relied on us to bring houses to him. While we did not really mind this and requested the sources to do independent research, we did miss out on a few homes that we were interested in because we were not being sent new listings as soon as they hit the market. Overall, Brian is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable of the market and industry.

Brian made buying my first home the best experience I think you can have when buying a home. I was always able to communicate with Brian whether it be by phone or email, I never felt like he was too busy for me. Any little hiccup we had Brian was on it and taking care of what he could from his end. He was always honest and upfront about everything that may come my way so I wouldnt be surprised if this or that happened. Brian was fantastic! He knew the area very well and worked hard at finding just the right house for us. He was always easily reached through email, phone call, text message, etc. He was ready at a moments notice to show us any number of houses we were interested in and moved quickly when we finally found the perfect house. He walked us through the entire process of purchasing a Short-Sale and answered every question we had thoroughly and honestly. My husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
