Working with Nickole was fantastic. She expertly guided me through the process of selling my house (something that was wildly confusing and overwhelming for me!). Then Nickole listed and sold my home in 1 day!!! After that Nickole helped to guide me through understanding what would happen at closing. We worked with Brian for a couple of months while we were looking for a home. Unfortunately, there was a very specific area that we were looking to be in, and there just wasnt anything that met our specific need on the market at that time. We chose to rent instead and delay our search to purchase a home. Brian was very helpful though and very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in. The only downside was that he was not very active in giving us recommendations. Instead, he supplied the resources and relied on us to bring houses to him. While we did not really mind this and requested the sources to do independent research, we did miss out on a few homes that we were interested in because we were not being sent new listings as soon as they hit the market. Overall, Brian is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable of the market and industry.

She is amazing. She found my dream home. Definitely she is the best. She truly understood what I was looking for. She only showed me places I wanted to see and showed me the area. I trusted her enough to buy a house site unseen while living out of state.
