Unfortunately, we'd had it rented almost all that time and hadn't seen it for about ten years. We needed to sell it to be able to buy a property in Central California, which we had in escrow. To say that our place had fallen into disrepair was an understatement. Brian jumped into the mess with carpenters, and a raft of repairmen, painters, window fixers, cleaners and stagers. It was task that no one would have tackled. He pulled crews off of other jobs so we could meet our escrow timelines. What he achieved was truly a miracle. The house sold promptly and all was well. I would use Brian again in a minute; I just wish he down in SoCal where we live. Thank you, Brian Chancellor!
