I recently purchased a home in San Diego while living on the East Coast. I only travelled there a couple of times to tour properties. This introduction is a way of saying that Liv had a lot to do as my realtor! She is a tireless worker and always responsive. I had been concerned about effective communication given the time zone difference but this was never a problem. Liv has both a great feel for neighborhoods and a great eye for individual properties. These qualities helped narrow my search and made my time on the ground in San Diego very efficient and productive. I would not hesitate to use Liv again and highly recommend her to others!
