Liv was absolutely incredible throughout our entire transaction! She was proactively and transparently communicative, always keeping us informed and helping us navigate every twist and turn with total ease. Her expertise, dedication, and personal touch made all the difference. We felt so well-represented every step of the way. If you want a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Liv is the one!

Could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help us find our dream home in Bird Rock. Liv is respectful, professional, and always thinking two steps ahead to get the deal done. She was also a joy to spend time with on all the tours and so easy to work with, making us feel prioritized, whether it was texting back quickly or jumping on a call to chat. Will be referring everyone I know interested in buying a home to work with Liv.

Liv did an outstanding job at negotiations, property listing, getting history about the properties, and helping with inspections during escrow. Wont be working with anyone else. I felt extremely lucky to have her expertise and enthusiasm on my side of the deal.

Liv is an exceptional San Diego real estate agent who delivered results far beyond expectations. We worked with her for over two years to find the perfect beach property in San Diego, and throughout the entire process she demonstrated unmatched professionalism, market expertise, and commitment to our familys goals. Liv took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a coastal home, from location and lifestyle to long-term value. Her knowledge of the San Diego beach real estate market, especially in highly competitive areas, was evident in every showing, recommendation, and negotiation. What sets Liv apart is her consistency and dedication. She provided outstanding customer service at every stage, stayed patient through a long search, and never lost focus on helping us find the right property, not just any property. When the right opportunity came along, she executed flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a top San Diego realtor, especially for beach homes or coastal properties, Liv is the professional you want on your side. Highly recommend her to anyone serious about buying or investing in San Diego real estate.

Liv is an expert at dealing with diverse personalities, providing excellent communication, and being thorough. We were very impressed with her attention to detail. Liv really came through in all stages of buying the house, but especially after inspection in making sure that every item was taken care of. She is lovely to deal with.
