ZillowVERIFIED I applied for a lease of one of his listing. The offer was approved and ready to sign the lease. After a week he contacted my realtor to inform him that he would go with another person. I lost 10 days, have no house and I must move in three days. Completely unprofessional. My best advice is not to trust him or do business with him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were ready to downsize from our 3/2 home with pool in Deerfield Beach, Florida to a condo. Brett was persistent in finding us the exact condo that we were looking for. Brett Roy sold our home in a very short time approximately three weeks and got the price we were looking for. He was detrimental in staging our home and presenting it in a way that we were able to get top dollar. Brett is straightforward and honest. He answered all our questions in a very timely manner and was there for us anytime we needed him. I would recommend Brett and use him again as my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is a very personable professional and great ally to have in your corner when you're ready to purchase a home. While I have not purchased from him due to a relocation for work, Brett did an excellent job listening to my needs or showing me several properties that fit my criteria when I was in the market for a new home. Having worked with several realtors in the past, Brett was the only one who did not attempt to persuade me into a property that did not fit all of my needs. When the time comes that I am ready to purchase a home, Brett will be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED I initially used Mr Roy in 2008 to purchase my first home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in this first time process for myself. As I'm sure everyone knows this was a very difficult time to purchase a home because of the market but Brett was there every step of the way. In 2013 I decided to sell that home and purchase another which can be a stressful time trying to make both transactions happen at the same time. Once again with his knowledge and expertise Brett was right on point with everything in the whole transition process from selling to buying not leaving me without a home but on the other hand not leaving me with two mortgages. I wouldn't even consider doing this whole process without using Mr Roy and I suggest anyone thinking about it doesn't either.
