Brett Haynes, Principal Broker for OakCrest Commercial Real Estate serves clients in Virginia, West Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic Region including the communities of Winchester, Front Royal, Strasburg, Woodstock, Berryville, Martinsburg, Charles Town and the surrounding counties of Frederick, Warren, Shenandoah, Berkeley and Jefferson. With more than 30 years experience in commercial and investment real estate, he is a licensed broker in Virginia & West Virginia and is a leader in providing acquisition, disposition and leasing services on development land as well as industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties for investors at all levels. Haynes holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a recipient of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Circle of Distinction award and Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Directors Award. Haynes attended James Madison University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, former board member of the Warren County Economic Development Authority and is former chairman of the Warren County Board of Supervisors. Haynes is also a member of the Massanutten Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Front Royal Rotary Club.
