    My wife and I had a great experience with Bret Averett. We were ready to purchase a house and had dealt with other realtors and were not treated as high priority. We heard about Bret from family (he helped my parents buy their home) and called him up. He talked with us for a short while and found out exactly what we were looking for in a home. He was incredibly knowledgeable with property potentials and eventually found us a wonderful investment home that I am sure we can make great money on IF we decide to sell. He is a very high quality realtor that I would recommend to anyone.
