Utah Executive R.E

Bret Averett is wonderful!!! He is very knowledgeable, honest and works hard for you. He helped us buy our first home in 2004 and when we were ready to sell that home and buy our second home in 2010 he was there every step of the way. I recommend him!

My wife and I had a great experience with Bret Averett. We were ready to purchase a house and had dealt with other realtors and were not treated as high priority. We heard about Bret from family (he helped my parents buy their home) and called him up. He talked with us for a short while and found out exactly what we were looking for in a home. He was incredibly knowledgeable with property potentials and eventually found us a wonderful investment home that I am sure we can make great money on IF we decide to sell. He is a very high quality realtor that I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Bret. He was very willing to show us anything we were interested in right from the beginning so that we could better understand what we really wanted. As we got a better feel for what we wanted in a home, so did Bret and he directed us to those kinds of homes that were within our price range. He made the whole home buying experience go quickly and smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we found Brets expertise invaluable.

Bret sold our house when we left Utah and it was pretty muchbno drama. He always kept us informed every step of the way. He is a real joy to work with and it made our move across the country easier. We were able to close on time.

Bret was amazing helping me sell my home. He is very professional and personable. His valuation of my home was extremely accurate and his knowledge and experience as a real estate agent is invaluable. He was always very responsive through the entire process and his guidance was very much appreciated. I can highly recommend Bret and Denae Averett if you are looking to buy or sell a home!
