Immediate response with all the local info about the place, with photos and even videos. We got the tour of the house and the community and put an offer in. Offer accepted and closed 16 days from the time we contacted her. This is the second time we used Breona and it won't be the last. She is definitely a local expert and has great guidance regarding the value of a place. Looking for a remote vacation place isn't easy when you are looking over a large geographical area. Breona was willing to travel and with with the sellers on a moments notice and get us the looks we needed. To to it all off, she had a gift basket for us at closing that was specifically tailored to the unique nature of the property and family. Great job!

Then... along came the recommendation for Breona! I called her and not only did she answer her phone, but she listened to my frustrations and said that she would help us find our dream home and walk us through the process. Her word is GOLD. We looked at several houses and they were flying off the market as fast as we were looking. It's a TOUGH market for buyers! We finally found a house and almost got to closing (2 weeks out) and the sellers backed out. We had to scramble to find a different house QUICK.
