The South Bay area is home to me and probably always will be. I Started my Real Estate career in 1999 and I have built it one happy client at a time. I've always believed in treating people the way I'd like to be treated. When you're buying or selling your property it is usually the most expensive asset you will ever deal with. With that in mind I have always been 100% hands on.Other Realtors have added assistants or teams. I've never believed in this concept.With my business, you always talk with me not an assistant. I wholeheartedly recommend Brent - he will deliver the results you want (even if you dont know what they are yet) with the very least amount of stress to you. Brent holds two qualities critical in an agent - trust and integrity. These two qualities combined with his unrivalled knowledge of the South Bay made him the perfect agent for us. Brent is extremely strategic - knowing what measures and tactics are required across various situations. Every recommendation was thoughtful and deliberate without being pushy and respecting our own wishes. We faced a fair few roadblocks so our purchasing process was not smooth but it was stress free and we truly believe thats owing to Brent; he would research multiple solutions before presenting us with a blocker and always gave us the perspective we needed to make decisions grounded in data and not emotion. If youre relocating to the South Bay, Brent is the perfect agent; he knows the area intimately, including specific planning requirements across the various cities, and will connect you with the various service providers youll need once you purchase. He is local which meant he was able to view properties as soon as they popped up and always provided detailed inspections of properties we couldnt fly down to see. There was no detail he missed. He always had a strategy for every action we had to take and we came to learn quickly that his strategies were not only based on delivering the best outcomes for us but also grounded in values we share. When it came to submitting offers, he was respectful of our time and knew when it was necessary to fly down and when it wasnt - he did a ton for us because we just werent there for closing. When youre relocating, you need an agent that can look around corners, anticipating what roadblocks you may face next. Brent does that by making data driven decisions

We worked with Brent and bought a house in Hermosa Beach in March of 2022. This is during the all-time-high of a crazy real estate market. Everything we know and learned about real estate has been tossed out the window. We interviewed several agents before we committed to buying a house, since having the right agent will be the key in this market. Brent was the most responsive, patient and knowledgeable among the few that we interviewed. And he continued to be so during the whole process. He's always available to show us houses, and before every bid (we made a total of 6 bids during the process) we would go over the comps, project what other bids could come in, and decide on the bid strategy. He's also very proactive with information gathering to see what the seller is looking for beforehand so we can incorporate that in the bid. Also having a wide set of clients and connections is very helpful for us as well, since he will have a better pulse on the general market direction.We've bought and sold lots of properties in the past. Hated every single agent that we dealt with. Brent is the sole exception, I would work with him in the future and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

As a first time seller, Brent patiently worked with us for over a year in trying to find the right time to sell our house in the South Bay. He guided us through the process, answering all of our MANY questions. Add to that the fact that we were selling while living out of state and doing a 1031 exchange, and we couldn't have asked for more from Brent. We found Brent to be knowledgeable and resourceful in every aspect of the process. If we were to buy another house in the South Bay, we would be coming back to Brent!
