The original Spokane Home Guy Brandon Marchand started as a solo agent in 2007. As he gained momentum, creating a name for himself in the Spokane area Brandon created a vision for a team that became The Spokane Home Guy Group. Along the way he collected exceptional talent by partnering with other high producing agents, administrative staff, and reliable business partners. Today, SHG is over 20 agents strong with two expansion groups servicing the greater Spokane area, North Idaho and Central Washington. He was my buying agent for a complicated purchase, 85 acres and a house that spanned three parcels, and it was an estate sale with several siblings involved. I felt like we were a team the whole time. Helped me to navigate every hurdle that came up easily. His whole team we worked with was just excellent, referred me to a loan agent, Todd, and closing attorney, Alissa, and I enjoyed all of them. The quality that stood out most was the willingness to do the leg work and get things done. Always responded to my texts quickly, which accommodated my poor cell signal for phone calls. I will, and already have, refer anyone I know to him, knowing they will be in good hands.
